Medieval Fortune Charm for Health and Vitality - Pendant

Located in the center of this talisman a ring can be found which is divided into four quadrants by a cross. In these quadrants the letters ARAF are written in a clockwise order. On the bottom left of the pendant we can see some crusaders standing outside the purgatory ARAF, on the right the sign for the Planet Saturn in snake form, a symbol for the overcome sin. ARAF, the purgatory of the Islamites, is said to be located under the rocks of the Omer Mosque in Jerusalem.
